We recommend 2 to 4 weeks for private events, 1 to 2 months for weddings or large corporate events. Last-minute availability exists — don't hesitate to contact us!
02Are the prints really unlimited?
Yes, in all our packages. Professional-quality photo paper, 10×15 cm format, printing in under 10 seconds. Every guest leaves with their printed souvenir immediately.
03How much space does the photo booth need?
The Classic booth requires approximately 2m × 2m. Share your floor plan with us and we'll find the best configuration together.
04Can we customize with our logo?
Absolutely. We create a custom photo frame: logo, colors, text, date. Ideal for corporate events and weddings. Graphic design is included in the price.
05What happens in case of a technical issue?
Our equipment is checked and tested before every event. An operator is always on site for immediate intervention. We have backup equipment for all our events.
06Is the online gallery included?
Yes, in all packages. Your guests receive a QR code to download their photos in HD. Duration: 30 days (Essential), 6 months (Premium), permanent (Prestige).
07What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before the event. After that, the 30% deposit is retained. You can also reschedule your date for free (subject to availability).
08Do you deliver to my area?
We cover all of Western Switzerland: Geneva, Lausanne, Montreux, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Sion and surrounding areas. Delivery, setup and pickup are included in all packages — no extra fees.
09How does booking work?
Simple: check your date via the form, we send you a detailed quote within hours. If you agree, a 30% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due 7 days before the event. Payment by bank transfer or Twint.
10What is the KUBI souvenir film included in the Excellence package?
The KUBI souvenir film is a professional video montage of the best moments captured in the booth during your event. Curated selection of the best clips, mood music matching your style, vertical format optimized for social media. Delivered within 7 days after the event (D+7) as HD download. Included exclusively in the Excellence package.
